There are some lucky people who never seem to face the ravages of time. Celebrities like Madonna, Tina Turner and Demi Moore are some examples, and despite being over 50, they manage look better than people 20 years their junior.

Christy Brinkley will celebrate her 58th birthday this year, but  her looks remain forever 30.

Aging is a process that is greatly affected by genes, environment, sleep habits and diet to name just a few factors, but since this is a cosmetic medicine blog, and my patients come to me to reverse the effects of time rather than prevent them, lets examine exactly how a face ages.

It begins with weathering of the skin, and changes to the texture, transluscence and variance in skin colour in the mid twenties. By the mid thirties, furrows and lines are visible in forehead and near the eyes. Loss of fat from the temples and upper cheeks may show by the age of forty, and the undereye area is one tell-tale sign of aging as the skin begins to sag and pouch. The neckline is also an age giveaway as it becomes loose and baggy during the fifties. By the sixties, the skin is noticeably lined and very loose and saggy as the cheek fat atrophies.

How to Turn Back The Clock

1. Loss of volume
Lipoatrophy, the loss of fat in the underlying facial structures means the facial skin begins to sag, the cheeks become sunken and gaunt, facial shadows become more pronounced and lips become flatter and thinner, jowls appear on the sides of the face, and the neckline is visibly looser.

In recent weeks, a suspect in Making a Murderer has become George Zipperer. A call between detectives Weigart and Remiker indicated that Teresa Halbach may have stopped at the Zipperer property after visiting Stephen Avery’s yard. When questioned by the police, Zipperer lied about his own activities and denied Teresa had ever been there.

A local source close to the events, posted a theory on Reddit under the name Escvelocity:

My theory is that George Zipperer shot Teresa thinking she was trespassing. The Zipperers called chief deputy Eugene Kusche, because they knew him personally. Eugene then contacted deputies Lenk and Colburn, then it was all downhill from there. However, Steven Avery retained excellent attorneys and threw a wrench into things by pushing the framing defense.

According to the Zipperers’ Wiki page:

The Zipperers live at 4433 County Trunk B, near route 310, south of the Avery salvage yard. JoEllen lived at the property with her husband George, daughter, and grandson Jason.

At trial JoEllen testified that she thinks Halbach was there "mid-afternoon," "maybe around 3:00", which was an estimate. She was there for about 15 minutes. She did not say where she was going next. She left a message prior to arriving "that she was having trouble finding our house, but I was outside so I didnt hear it until later, after she was gone. But she found the place." JoEllen did not see Teresa leave.

Teresa could have arrived as early at 2:30pm, could have been 3:00 or a little after. JoEllen was outside raking in the garden and not wearing a watch.

When police called twice on November 3, George Zipperer spoke to them.

Outside the presence of the jury and witness, Dean Strang told the court that Corporal (Leslie) Lemieux of the Calumet County Sherriffs Department made a report that shows she started working on the missing person investigation at about 5:00 on November 3. She reports a call to George Zipperer where he is belligerent on the phone. There is also a report of Investigator John Dedering of Calumet calling at about 9:40pm, says George is extremely belligerent. Strang says he intends to show that George lied about his own activities and Jasons activities, about whether Teresa Halbach was a trespasser, threatened to have a dog eat anyone who came onto the property, wanting Teresa Halbach arrested after being told she was a missing person, and denying that he had contacted Auto Trader or arranged for photographs of the car.

The theory now is that Teresa was at the garage looking to photograph a car and George Zipperer mistook her for a trespasser and shot her.  Another source has told me that the Zipperer grandson in jail knows all the details, and is ready to reveal what his grandfather did to Teresa. Maybe Kathleen Zellner was at the wrong property with her luminol. How can anyone test the Zipperer’s original garage for blood if it has been destroyed?

Amendment: A new garage was being built in 2015 and it is finished now. The garage door is not centered on the new garage and it is on the old one. It is a new garage with a different roof pitch. This has been in progress since 2015. The garage back in 2005 - that could hold answers to Teresas disappearance - is now gone.

T-Bone is a massively-built spiritual ex-Marine, who uses fighting skills to stop prison rape. T-Bone’s latest letter:

Things have been on edge for some time now because of the racist attitudes a lot of these guys have here. Apparently the “fellas,” the guys who are in charge, who call the shots for the Mexicans and the whites, said that none of their race can live with a black man. The Mexicans and the whites will back each other up on this rule and will even riot over it.

They moved a Native American guy in with me and all hell almost broke out because I am black. I said, “Why are you guys tripping? Why do you act like black people have an incurable disease or something?”

The Native American guy moved out and the guards moved a white guy in and the same thing happened. I couldn’t care less what colour a person is.

The next thing that happened was a butt bandit came up to me and said that a gay white boy in our pod is his, and that I need to mind my own business if he wants to take him in the shower.

I said I couldn’t care less what he did with his own body and all I can do is tell him the truth about things.

So the gay kid went into the shower with him, and there were three other guys wanting their turn. I was in my cell, reading, when someone yelled T-bone. I walked out and looked towards where the yell came from.

The butt bandit and his friends saw me and stopped. The gay kid came by my cell and said thank you, before rolling out of the pod.

It’s a huge misconception in here that gay people want to be harmed and/or gang raped because they are gay.

After we came off lockdown, I talked to those guys. It simply came down to them not having the spirit of self-control.

One of them came up to me and tried to take advantage of the fact that I am a Christian. He started yelling at me, saying that I owed him this and that and he got up in my face. I didn’t owe that guy anything at all. He was trying to play me with the old game of testing me. He made a move like he was going to hit me and down he went.

I know I have a long way to go. A looooooong way to go. Self-control!
