I offer chemical peels, facials, laser hair removal, treatment of broken capillaries, sun spots, port wine stains (birthmark removal), spray tan, brow threading, waxing, skin resurfacing, ultherapy - the only FDA cleared device to lift the skin of the face and chest, permanent makeup, dermaplaning, dermarolling with stem cell, stem cell treatment, skin care consultation, skin tags removal, and treatment of hyperplasia.
2. What do you like most about Visha Media Spa?
The state of the art equipment, quality products, advanced training that is offered through my employer, and clinical support offered by Dr. Patel and the other 6 providers.
3. What led you to a career of aesthetics?
I am an acne patient myself who suffered from acne for years that resulted in acne scarring. I was introduced to an esthetician who was able to help control my acne and changed my outlook on skin care forever and my desire to help others.
4. What are some of your goals in working in this field?
Getting men and women to understand that skin is an organ, the largest one for that matter, and #1 defense against bacteria, viruses, as well as damage caused by UV rays, pollution, etc.
5. What do you like most about your job?
Being able to help someone correct the visible issues and concerns that reflect on someones self-esteem. Teaching men and women the importance of taking care of themselves and increasing their self-worth. At the end of the day, we are judged by our looks, we just wont admit it.
6. Tell us three things most people dont know about you.
Haha! There is a reason that people dont know that about me. Just kidding. I love history, volunteering and dog rescue.
7. What kinds of hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
Acrylic painting, art, and spending time with my son. I have 2 boxer dogs that I spend lots of time with as well.
8. Where is the best place you traveled to and why?
Paris, France. My son and I climbed the first 115 meters of the Eiffel Tower by foot. We had to catch the lift to make it to the top. Being able to see Paris from the top of the tower with the most important person on this planet, to me, is a moment that I will always remember and cherish.
9. Whats your personal philosophy?
Fill your heart with love and your mind with positive thoughts. Treat others the way you want to be treated - with kindness, honesty, care and respect because what you put out in the universe will return back to you.
